Premium plans and the Lifetime purchase are billed through your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.
UPWARDMVMT offers motivation and support and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you are in crisis, contact a crisis line or emergency services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
